About the Role
Based at our Head Office in Stratford-Upon-Avon with flexible working arrangements, this Pricing Analyst role offers the chance to join a supportive, inclusive team dedicated to delivering fair pricing that meets our members' needs.
Initially focusing on Motor products, you will extract, clean, and analyse data to meet specific requirements, ensuring compliance with policies and standards. You will conduct complex pricing analyses, develop rating logics, build and refine pricing models, and prepare reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
We provide a structured development framework with clear career progression, regular reviews, and ongoing training—both on-the-job and through formal courses. Your manager will help create a tailored action plan to support your growth.
From day one, you’ll be a valued member of the Pricing team, where your contributions will make a difference. You will enjoy collaborative support and engaging work that challenges and helps you grow professionally and personally.
About You
We seek a proactive, analytically minded professional with recent experience in insurance or brokerage pricing. You should be adept at analysing large datasets, drawing sound conclusions from incomplete data, and possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* A degree with a numerical or analytical focus
* Experience in financial forecasting, data cleaning, or price optimisation projects
* Skills with SQL, Radar, and/or Emblem
We value diversity and are committed to an inclusive workplace, supporting candidates with any needs during the recruitment process. We are proud to be a Disability Confident Employer, and a signatory of initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion.
