As a Junior Client Support Administrator, you will provide administrative and client support to the wider team, helping ensure an efficient and professional service is delivered to clients. Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to advisers and the wider team
* Handling client enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
* Preparing and processing client documentation
* Maintaining accurate client records and databases
* Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
* Assisting with compliance and general office administration
* Supporting the delivery of excellent client service
