Hays are seeking a Maintenance Technician / Fabric / Handyperson to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out general maintenance tasks across the office block.
2. Repair and maintain taps, siphons, drains, and tanks.
3. Unblock toilets and drainage systems.
4. Adjust and repair door closers and hinges.
Requirements:
5. Proven experience in maintenance engineering.
6. Plumbing skills essential.
7. Ability to work independently and respond to urgent issues.
