What You’ll Do
* Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a defined business area.
* Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and shape resourcing plans.
* Source talent proactively through direct channels, networks and talent pools.
* Screen applicants, coordinate selection activities and ensure timely feedback.
* Coach hiring managers to make confident, fair decisions.
* Use market insight to improve attraction strategies.
* Maintain accurate data and support the use of recruitment systems.
* Promote internal mobility through talent and succession discussions.
What You’ll Bring
* In‑house or agency recruitment experience across varied roles.
* Strong direct sourcing skills (e.g., LinkedIn, CV databases).
* Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
* Clear, adaptable communication style.
* Awareness of current recruitment trends and candidate expectations.
* Strong organisation, problem‑solving and prioritisation skills.
* Commitment to continuous improvement.
* Confident interviewer with excellent written and verbal communication.
