* Deliver persuasive technical demonstrations of the full product range, either independently or in collaboration with the Lighting Technical Team for complex or specialist requirements.
* Ensure consistent, professional brand and product representation within the dealer and contractor network, acting as a trusted commercial and technical partner.
* Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and clear visibility of opportunities and revenue outlook.
* Provide regular sales insight, market feedback, and competitor intelligence to management, supporting pricing, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy.
* Support the wider lighting strategy through structured reporting, forecasting, and contribution to sales planning.
* Represent the company and its brands at trade shows, open days, training events, and industry networking functions to support lead generation and customer engagement.
* Maintain high standards of organisation, time management, and customer service across all commercial interactions.
