Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a productive learning environment by:
* Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Delivering pre-set lesson materials and ensuring students remain on task.
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Supporting students with their learning where necessary.
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of classroom management.
* Experience working with young people, either in a school setting or similar role.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A positive and proactive approach to education.
* A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
