Location: Europe (Germany or UK preferred) | Travel: 40–50% | DP World

Your Responsibilities


* Manage and grow regional automotive accounts across Europe, focusing on Tier 1 suppliers and automotive components
* Identify customer challenges and build integrated end-to-end logistics solutions across DP World’s product portfolio
* Drive customer stickiness by ensuring sustainability, continuity, and a personalized delivery experience
* Develop and execute growth strategies and meet financial targets
* Lead RFQs, contract negotiations, and be the internal face of the customer during bids
* Foster strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders in operations, engineering, and procurement
* Maintain CRM pipeline and track account metrics, KPIs, and financial performance
* Collaborate closely with DP World teams across Air, Ocean, Rail, Road, Terminals, and eCommerce
* Support pricing, proposals, and commercial documentation
* Represent DP World at customer meetings and industry events

Your Profile

* 10+ years in supply chain/logistics, preferably in freight forwarding, Tier 1 automotive suppliers, or automotive component manufacturers
* Strong network within the automotive industry (e.g., Mercedes, BMW, VW, Bosch)
* Experience in account management, tender management, or procurement within the automotive sector
* Understanding of multimodal, 2PL/3PL, and customs brokerage
* Fluent in English; German fluency is a strong plus
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
* Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
