Job Description Job Title: Warehouse & Production Coordinator Location: Stanmore, London Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE) Permanent / Full-Time We are working with an established and growing supplier within the industrial and commercial sector, supporting a wide range of clients across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Warehouse & Production Coordinator to support their operations in Stanmore. This is a varied, hands-on role combining warehouse operations, administration, and production support. It will suit someone who is highly organised but also comfortable working on their feet and getting involved in day-to-day warehouse and production activities. Key Responsibilities Managing and maintaining accurate stock records and inventory systems Processing customer orders, deliveries, and returns Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods, including courier collections Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow Supporting stock checks and inventory audits Maintaining accurate documentation and administrative records Warehouse & Production Duties: Picking, packing, and checking orders prior to dispatch Supporting stock control, goods in/out, and warehouse organisation Assisting with production tasks including cutting materials, threading and counting products Supporting quality control processes Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards The Ideal Candidate Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment Comfortable in a hands-on role combining administration and physical tasks Highly organised with strong attention to detail Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Desirable Experience within a manufacturing or production environment Familiarity with stock control or warehouse management systems Experience coordinating courier or dispatch operations This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing business offering a varied role, supportive team environment, and long-term career potential.
