Our Opportunity
* Clean and prepare guest rooms to the five star hotel standards
* Restock amenities and linen as needed
* Report any maintenance issues or lost property
* Follow health and safety procedures, including COSHH and manual handling
* Ensure corridors and service areas are tidy at all times
* Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
* Work efficiently and collaboratively with the wider housekeeping and front office teams
