Your Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student on your caseload.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to achieve students' communication goals.
* Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes.
* Lead engaging group and individual therapy sessions that cater to students' unique needs.
* Participate in staff meetings and seize professional development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
* Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathology license.
* CCC-SLP certification or eligibility.
* Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings.
* Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with students and staff.
* Ability to manage a caseload of 40-60 students.
