Position
Nursery – West Hampstead Station Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary – £14.98 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Location – West Hampstead, London, NW6 3RU
Working Hours – 32 hours per week – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, encouraging their development toward key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.
Responsibilities
* Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities for each child.
* Ensure a safe, stimulating environment that promotes exploration and learning.
* Support children’s development towards EYFS milestones.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents/carers to build strong working partnerships.
Qualifications
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
* Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
* Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
