Trainer/Assessor – Construction (Electrical Installations) Location: Cambridge Salary: £31,110–£36,157 Hours: 37 per week Role Purpose Deliver high-quality coaching, mentoring and assessment to a caseload of Electrical Installations apprentices. Maintain strong relationships with employers, support learner progress, and ensure all apprenticeship standards, KSBs and EPA requirements are met. Key Responsibilities Learner Support & Training * Manage a caseload of learners, delivering coaching, mentoring, and training. * Complete progress reviews and provide feedback to learners and employers. * Plan and deliver learning and assessment, including English, maths and KSB development. * Prepare learners for gateway and EPA, ensuring training plans are clear and aligned to standards. * Deliver training on employer premises and develop learning materials and resources. * Track off-the-job training and maintain accurate learner documentation. * Support pastoral needs, promoting safeguarding, Prevent, British Values and wellbeing.
