Position: Night Concierge
Location: The Heron, EC2Y 9AP
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off (Apply online only)
Salary: £32,760 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position.

Development Details:
This role will be based at The Heron, a high-end development located in the heart of the City of London and within easy reach of several underground stations including Moorgate, Barbican and Liverpool Street. The Heron is a 36-floor tower with 285 residential apartments, this development benefits from several on-site amenities including a stylish residents club lounge, a screening room, gym and car park.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Night Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
A full, clean driving licence would be preferable for this position.
