Customer Advisor
Full Time - 36.75 hours per week
3 Month Fixed Term Contract
Responsibilities
Become an expert advisor. Be an inspiration and guide to customers, getting to know their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint‑mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.
Qualifications
Happy to help, eager to learn and obsessed with home improvement; friendly and outgoing, you enjoy helping others. You’ll be eager to expand your skills using new technology and new ways of working, thrive in a team, and be flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
