About the job
We are recruiting a part time Keyholder for our Kiltane store on the Royal Mile. We are looking for someone who is available 4 days on a rota of 7 days per week.
As a keyholder, you will join our team sharing a passion for Kiltane and striving to provide excellent customer service to all customers.
About you:
* Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (beneficial)
* Able to work well with others & approach others easily
* Dedication to provide high standard of customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Daily cash-up
* Managing the opening and closing of the store
* Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer service
* Processing payments and returns
* Ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked and well presented
* Accepting and cross-checking daily deliveries
* Maintain knowledge of all out products and textiles
