The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, strong knowledge of **UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes**, and the ability to drive client engagement and stakeholder management.### Key Requirements**Experience:** 12+ years in Oracle HCM (minimum 10 years relevant experience).**Specialization:** Strong focus on **Payroll**, with solid knowledge of **UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence Management**.**Implementation Expertise:** Hands-on experience in **full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations**.**Client Engagement:** Excellent client coordination, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.### Detailed Responsibilities#### Project LeadershipLead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Payroll).Conduct client workshops, CRP sessions, and UAT.Manage client expectations and build strong stakeholder relationships.#### Functional ExpertiseConfigure Oracle HCM modules to meet business requirements.Create functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user manuals (e.g., **RD011, DO.070**).Advise clients on best practices and organizational design.#### Technical CollaborationWork closely with technical teams to design custom components and integrations.Support data migration activities (HDL, spreadsheet loaders, web services).Develop OTBI reports, dashboards, and customizations using **Visual Builder, ADF, Oracle Integration Cloud**.#### Support & MaintenanceManage **quarterly updates, patching, and upgrades**.Provide post-implementation support, knowledge transfer, and user training.
