As Assistant Facilities Manager, youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of multiple properties, ensuring the smooth delivery of both hard and soft services. Youll work closely with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver a best-in-class FM service while gaining exposure to budgets, compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
What youll be doing
Assisting in the management of FM services across a diverse property portfolio.
Monitoring and supporting statutory compliance (targeting above 95%).
Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and tenants to resolve issues and ensure KPIs are met.
Conducting monthly site inspections and coordinating emergency procedures.
Supporting service charge budget preparation and cost management.
Helping deliver sustainability initiatives in collaboration with the Senior FM
Acting as a point of escalation for Helpdesk queries.
