You'll help to keep people comfortable at our Fabulous Corporate Client site, at an Iconic Landmark Building in Southampton!
About the Role:
* Look after HVAC systems, fan coil units, and BMS Systems
* Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and related building services, such as HVAC, fire alarm systems, and lifts, to ensure optimal operation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
* Use of IT systems (Handheld device)
* Ensure all maintenance work adheres to relevant health and safety regulations
* Coordinating Sub Contractors (when required)
What we're looking for:
* City and Guilds/NVQ Level 1,2,3 qualification in Electrical
* Good Knowledge of HVAC systems
* Experience of PPM, Reactive and installation work
* Good computer skills (MS office, PDA's etc)
