Our client, KORLOY is recruiting Sales Manager (Industrial Cutting Tools) to join their business in the UK.

□ Sales Manager (Industrial Cutting Tools)

Location: KORLOY UK Branch – currently based in Coventry (final office location to be confirmed: Coventry, Warwick, or

Birmingham)

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day (08:30 – 17:30)

Reports to: Branch Director

□ Job Summary:

KORLOY, a global leader in high-performance cutting tools, has officially opened its UK branch and is seeking an experienced

Sales Manager based in the Midlands (currently Coventry). We supply carbide inserts and advanced machining solutions to

industries including automotive, aerospace, and general engineering worldwide.

As the Sales Manager for KORLOY UK, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships,

and achieving targets for our cutting tool product lines. This pivotal role will expand KORLOY's presence and customer base in

the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.

● Identify and engage new customers across key sectors, including automotive, aerospace, and general engineering.

● Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and distribution partners.

● Provide technical support and application guidance on KORLOY products.

● Liaise with headquarters to communicate customer needs and feedback.

● Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform business decisions.

● Represent KORLOY at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Strong understanding of the cutting tools market and comprehensive knowledge of carbide cutting tools products and

services, combined with proven B2B sales experience.

● Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills you have a natural ability to build a rapport at all levels.

● Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.

● Hands-on approach and a results-orientated mindset.

● A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Industrial Technology or a related field is advantageous.

● Willingness to travel

● Full UK Driving License (required)

● Salary: DOE, ~ up to £60,000 a year
