Pinnacle Group are looking for a Contract Quality Representative to join our Commercial & Compliance team within our Pinnacle Service Families division to support the delivery of high‑quality, compliant services across our contract. Reporting to the Contract Quality Manager, you will play a central role in assurance and governance activities, managing quality issues as they arise and ensuring our services meet all contractual, legal and accreditation standards. Working closely with our delivery partners and regional teams, you will oversee the monitoring, auditing and reporting of performance, helping maintain consistency and compliance across all operations.

Pinnacle Service Families manages 49,000 military family homes across the UK – one of the largest and most significant contracts within Pinnacle Group. Delivered on behalf of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), part of the Ministry of Defence, our work supports service families by providing well-managed services and advocating for their needs in everything we do.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in quality management, with experience creating, planning and delivering internal audits while maintaining impartiality and objectivity throughout. You will have a practical understanding of housing‑related policy and procedure, and be confident advising on systems, processes and compliance improvements. ISO9001 Lead Auditor qualified (or working towards), you will offer 3–5 years experience in a similar role and the ability to analyse data, communicate effectively across diverse teams and positively influence others.

This is a remote role with occasional travel required to Witton, Bedfordshire and Cambridge

Key Responsibilities Will Include

Plan and conduct the Annual schedule of audits including Management System & Assurance Inspections.
Undertake ad-hoc & supplier audits outside of the formal plan as and when required.
Ensure Regional teams conduct Inspections on time and gather this data to allow for compliant monthly & quarterly reporting by the CQM.
Work centrally and with regions to support the close out of any raised Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) during internal and external audits.
Provide training in Management System processes and procedures for the regional teams and supply chain.
Assist in the development and continual improvement of the Contract Quality Plan.

Key Requirements

3 to 5 years experience successfully operating in a similar quality‑focused role.
Strong experience planning, delivering and adjusting internal audits while maintaining impartiality.
ISO9001 Lead Auditor certification or currently working towards it.
Ability to advise on and improve systems and processes for quality assurance and compliance.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to train others and build trust across teams.
