Duration: 4 week cover
Pay Rate: £14.18 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30am – 3:00pm
(Regular overtime available, but not guaranteed)

🧾 The Role
We are currently recruiting a General Operative for a 4 weeks in Brora, with an immediate start available. This is a hands-on, outdoor role working as part of a refuse collection team, helping to ensure essential services are delivered safely and efficiently.
✅ Duties Will Include:
1. Assisting with refuse and recycling collection
2. Loading and unloading bins and containers into collection vehicles
3. Working closely with drivers and other operatives as part of a team
4. Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
5. Maintaining cleanliness of vehicles and work areas
6. Communicating clearly with colleagues and members of the public
7. Completing basic paperwork and simple forms as required
8. Carrying out all duties associated with a physically demanding role
👷 Requirements:
9. Good awareness of Health & Safety in a working environment
10. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
11. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and the public
12. Good level of physical fitness
13. Full, valid UK Driving Licence
14. Able to manage simple paperwork and forms as required
15. Reliable, punctual, and happy working outdoors in all weather conditions
