We are seeking an ambitious
Associate (35 years PQE)
to join a respected
Private Wealth
team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-quality caseload focused on high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, trustees, landowners, and charities. Key Responsibilities
Handle succession planning, trusts, wills, and estate administration matters.
Offer tailored legal advice on tax mitigation and wealth preservation strategies.
Collaborate with financial advisers, accountants, and offshore professionals.
Deliver outstanding client care and build long-lasting client relationships.
Support internationally mobile clients with UK estate and tax matters.
Work with a contentious probate team to advise executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.
Requirements
35 years PQE in private wealth or private client law.
Expertise in drafting wills, trusts, and complex estate planning documents.
Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families.
Strong commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Familiarity with cross-border issues and international estate planning is desirable.
