The Job Role * Ensuring Accurate posting of Purchase Ledger invoices * Supplier Reconciliations * Ensuring Accurate Sales Invoicing in line with clients needs and wants. * Following documented processes and ensuring works are billed in a timely manner. * Discussing unbilled work with regional managers to bring completed work to invoicing stage. * Resolving invoice queries and ensuring timely payment of invoices by clients. * Taking credit card payments. * Experience on submitting invoices through client portals. * Nominal Coding and allocations accurately through internal systems. * Accurate processing of staff credit card submissions.
