Internal Sales & Pricing Executive - Air & Sea Freight

Up to £35,000 + 5% bonus - Hybrid (1 WFH day) - 23 + 8 days holiday (1 extra per year of service)

What You'll Do
* Support air and sea freight sales by providing quotes, pricing strategies and commercial insight to customers and agents.

* Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their freight requirements and delivering tailored solutions.

* Work closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure competitive and profitable service offerings.

* Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines and customer communications.


What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics or related internal sales support role.

* Solid commercial awareness and pricing understanding (air + sea freight preferred).

* Excellent communicator with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

* A team player who thrives in a supportive environment and can contribute to growth.
