About the Role:
DC Solutions Services is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join one of our clients, a well-established company specialising in structural steelwork and architectural metalwork. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing contracts from award through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage multiple contracts across various projects from inception to completion.
 * Liaise with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
 * Oversee cost control, scheduling, and risk management to maintain profitability and efficiency.
 * Review, negotiate, and administer contract terms, variations, and final accounts.
 * Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, quality management systems, and relevant industry accreditations.
 * Prepare and present progress and financial reports to senior management.
 * Support business development activities by providing commercial and contractual insights.
Requirements:
 * Proven experience (5+ years) as a Contracts Manager or similar role within the structural steelwork, fabrication, or construction industry.
 * Strong understanding of contract administration, cost control, and project management principles.
 * Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
 * Proficient with MS Office and contract management tools.
 * A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem‑solving abilities.
 * Relevant industry qualifications and a valid CSCS card are advantageous.
