The Role:
1. Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
2. Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans and interventions.
3. Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
4. Support pupils with emotional, behavioural, and communication needs to reach their full potential.
