The Senior Office of Data & Analytics (ODA) Delivery Manager is an important role that leads the planning and delivery of the Electronic Patient Record implementation. The Manager will work with senior colleagues to prioritise, plan and deliver ODA work in line with the Trust’s strategic priorities, negotiate priorities with the ODA Extended SLT and oversee multidisciplinary squads using agile techniques.
Responsibilities
* Drive the prioritisation and refinement of requirements.
* Gain consensus between ODA extended SLT on priorities.
* Take priorities into multi‑disciplinary squads.
* Manage the delivery of priority requirements within the squads.
* Communicate progress and blockers clearly to ODA extended SLT and beyond.
* Provide line management as necessary.
* Facilitate the delivery of squad work.
* Play an integral role in the prioritisation, planning and delivery of Office of Data & Analytics work in alignment with the Trust’s strategic priorities.
