Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Renewable Energy Sales Professional to join our team in Oldbury on a full‑time, on‑site basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong direct sales experience and a proven ability to generate and convert high‑value leads.
You will play a key role in driving customer growth by proactively identifying prospects, engaging homeowners, and confidently presenting the financial and environmental benefits of renewable energy solutions. Using a consultative sales approach, you will assess customer needs, navigate objections, and deliver tailored recommendations that offer real long‑term value.
This is a full‑cycle sales role, requiring you to manage every stage of the process—from initial outreach and lead qualification to closing deals and ensuring a smooth customer journey. Success in this position relies on your ability to build trust rapidly, communicate effectively, and consistently achieve and exceed sales target
Qualifications
* Proven success in direct sales with a strong track record of high‑value customer acquisition and deal closing
