Service Care Solutions are working alongside an Internationally recognised rehab group, who are seeking talented and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join their permanent bank of staff. Please find a description of the work below.Role: Healthcare AssistantLocation: West LintonBenefits: Company Pension, free parking, sick payRate: £12.21 (PAYE)Contract: Permanent Hours: 36 per week (split across 3 x 12hr shifts. Days/Nights)Role Overview:
* Support Registered Nurses in delivering safe, high-quality, individualised care
* Provide physical and emotional support to patients and families
* Assist with patient admissions and ongoing care needs
* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of clinical areas
* Follow Infection Control and Health & Safety policies
* Promote the 12 Steps to the Patient Community
* Work collaboratively as a flexible and reliable team member
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
* Maintain competence in Basic Life Support (annual updates required)
* Hold SVQ Level II in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
* Commit to ongoing professional development and training.
