Job Description
We are seeking a Newly Qualified Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career in a supportive and forward-thinking firm. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to a broad range of cases.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with and managing a caseload of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, property litigation, and civil claims.
* Drafting legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
* Conducting legal research to support cases and advising clients on litigation strategies.
* Representing clients in court proceedings, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
* Liaising with clients, barristers, experts, and other professionals to progress cases efficiently.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and professional standards.
* Supporting senior solicitors with complex litigation cases and business development initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
* Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with a seat in litigation during training.
* Strong academic background and a solid understanding of litigation procedures.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive and commercially aware mindset.
* Proficiency in case management systems and legal research tools.
