Role: Senior Business Development Manager / Player Manager
Salary: circa £75,000 basic plus uncapped commission
Location: Hybrid role (London offices once a week, WFH/at clients 4 days)
The opportunity is to join a multi award winning IT Infrastructure and Managed Services Provider, where 8 of their top 10 customers have been with them for 20+ years.
They are circa 60 people, cash-rich, no debt, privately owned, and with a fantastic services offering and customer satisfaction levels.
They offer their clients IT hardware and software, infrastructure projects around IBM, Oracle, service desk support, cloud, cybersecurity, application management, Microsoft Azure/365, etc.
The role is Senior Business Development Manager, to win new clients through proactive outreach as well as utilising leads from marketing and telemarketing support. You will have some player/manager type responsibilities and the role has genuine potential to move to a full Sales Manager role within 12 months, as the Sales Director looks to take a backseat from day-to-day management.
The basic salary is circa £75,000 plus uncapped commission. They have 10 people in sales and most visit their London offices once a week (however, you can choose to come in more if you wish).
