The Best Connection West Bromwich has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our clients fantastic Manufacturing/logistic distribution centre based within the heart of West Bromwich.
* Pay: £12.21 - £14.00 (rate is dependent on experience).
* Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 16:30 & Friday 08:30 - 16:00.
* Immediate start - CV is required before starting this role.
* This position is a temporary ongoing.
You will be working within a fast-paced office environment, please see main duties below.
Daily duties include:
* Calling customers to respond to inquiries.
* Emailing customers to respond to inquiries.
* Handling customers complaints, investigating the issue, and providing effective solutions.
* Working closely with the production/distribution team and sales to ensure customers' needs are met.
* Using systems to maintain records.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and efficiently.
* Handling complaints.
* Process returns and resolve customer issues promptly.
* Use root-cause analysis to understand key drivers of order failure in support of continuous improvement.
* Identify potential obstacles in the fulfilment process, and work with any stakeholders to take corrective action.
* Performs Other Duties as Assigned
