As, Systems Tester you will: Design & Execute System Tests – Develop and maintain robust test scenarios, scripts, and user stories covering functionality, performance, and security for organisational systems. Regression & Functional Testing – Plan, execute, and document comprehensive regression and functionality testing for patches, upgrades, and new releases. Defect Tracking & Resolution – Identify, track, and manage software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely fixes and quality assurance. Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with project teams, developers, and system users to define testing requirements, communicate progress, and support successful system rollouts. Change Management Participation – Support change control processes by participating in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and documenting decisions and outcomes. Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing – Stay updated on emerging testing tools and methodologies, contribute to team knowledge-sharing, and support user training and documentation. We’re seeking someone with: System Testing Expertise – Proven experience in executing functional, regression, and performance testing, including defect tracking and resolution. Testing Tools Proficiency – Skilled in using tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant platforms for test management and automation. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and manage multiple testing projects concurrently. Understanding of SDLC & Agile – Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Documentation & Communication – Clear and effective communicator, capable of documenting test results, producing user materials, and updating stakeholders on progress. Desirable Sector Knowledge – Experience in charity or non-profit environments and understanding of regulatory or compliance-related testing is advantageous. Why Join Us?
