Key Duties Include
* Strategic planning: Developing and evaluating robust communication plans that align with Trust values and support digital transformation.
* Content creation: Designing and producing high‑quality multichannel content to tell the EPR story. This includes written, digital, and audiovisual materials.
* Stakeholder engagement: Building strong relationships across organisational boundaries and working with patients, carers, and stakeholders to ensure materials are accessible and culturally appropriate.
* Insight and evaluation: Setting up methods to measure the impact of communications, using data and feedback to adjust plans and mitigate risks.
* Advisory support: Providing tactical advice to senior managers and clinicians on sensitive or technical issues related to the EPR programme.
