Primary Teacher Lead Practitioner – The Role
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 national curriculum
* Support pupils in developing core skills across the curriculum
* Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
* Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across KS2
* Support and drive high-quality teaching and learning across the phase
* Mentor and support colleagues, sharing best practice
* Contribute to whole-school improvement strategies and curriculum development

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
