As National Account Manager, youll take full ownership of our top UK grocery retail accounts (e.g. Tesco, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Asda), delivering strategic growth and brilliant execution. Youll build strong, collaborative relationships with our retail partners, lead compelling customer plans, and drive profitable sales performance all while flying the flag for our unique brand and values.
Youll be part of a dynamic, supportive commercial team and play a key role in shaping the future of the St. Ewe grocery channel.
What does Success look like?
Delivery of annual growth targets and contribution to long-term brand strategy Collaborative, respected partnerships with grocery retail teams Clear, insight-led account plans with strong commercial control Seamless cross-functional execution from shelf to supply Acting as a true brand ambassador with energy, purpose, and professionalism
Skills Required
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities Strategic thinker with strong analytical and forecasting ability Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities with pace Comfortable using data to drive decisions and create compelling stories
Relevant Experience
Proven track record in a National Account Manager or Junior NAM role within FMCG Experience managing top UK grocery retailers (Tesco, Sainsburys, etc.) Strong understanding of the UK grocery landscape and retail customer expectations P&L accountability and experience leading joint business planning Experience working cross-functionally within a fast-paced commercial environment Ideally experience within fresh/chilled categories, challenger brands, or added-value food
