As a Graduate Engineering Enablement Associate, you’ll join a global team that’s all about making life easier for developers.
You’ll help shape how teams connect to the Sage Network by supporting their integration journey—from first contact to go-live.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Team up with our ERP engineering pros to help connect systems to the Sage Network.
* Build content and tools that make life easier for developers—from guides to resources that speed up integration and adoption.
* Own the docs: create and maintain technical documentation through our Developer Portals.
* Run the room: help organize and lead meetings with internal teams and external partners.
* Boost support teams: work closely with customer service to build training materials and tools that level up knowledge and streamline ticket handling.
* Jump into action when customer issues escalated—collaborating with Engineering and Tier 2 support to solve tough issues.
* Be a true team player: collaborate, contribute, and bring positive energy to everything you do.
* Stay curious: learn fast, adapt faster, and keep up with new tech and smarter ways to work.
* Make us better: find ways to improve how we work and how teams integrate with us.
Key Responsibilities
This is a hybrid role – three days per week in our Newcastle Office.
You’ll be encouraged to learn and experiment as part of a continuous innovation community, in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded.

Skills And Experience
We are open to all backgrounds, however, there are a few skills and experiences that will help you thrive.
* Graduate, preferably in Computer Science or similar.
* Tech skills, coding experience; willingness to learn new languages.
* A passion for tech and a keen eye for detail.
* Inquisitive mind to help solve problems.
* Resilient and determined, able to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
* Effective communicator, able to collaborate with people across the globe.
The Process

* Complete a gamified science‑driven assessment via Harver.
* Complete a short video interview.
* If successful, you’ll be invited to an Assessment Centre at one of our Sage offices.
* Successful candidates will join our Graduate Programme on 1 October 2025.
