Title: Recruitment Researcher / Recruitment Coordinator (Bilingual English & German)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus bonuses & commission*
Location: Remote with travel**
Status: Full-Time
*In order to be considered for this position we require someone who is fluent in English and German. We have several current clients and projects that are based in Germany and throughout the DACH region.
**Due to the nature and responsibilities of this position, we require someone who currently holds a UK driving license and has regular access to a motor vehicle.
About The Role
You will be responsible for conducting research, market analysis, and candidate sourcing to ensure our clients have access to the best candidates for our exclusive recruitment mandates. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment whilst contributing to the success of our business and helping change the fortunes of our clients and candidates.
You will also be required to engage and lead in a variety of operational tasks such as tradeshow operations, social media and marketing, supplier management, etc.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research to identify potential candidates, industries, and companies;
* Utilise various sourcing methods, including online databases, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract passive candidates;
* Screen and assess candidates to ensure their qualifications align with client requirements;
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs;
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies;
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing
* Where necessary, attend tradeshows with colleagues and accompany them on client visits.
* Provide operational support to your manager and leadership team.
The Person
Ideally, you will have experience with the recruitment sector but this is not essential.
You will be a naturally curious individual. You will enjoy finding answers to complex and potentially tedious problems. You will also be incredibly detail-orientated, using your excellent grammar to ensure external communications are meticulously presented. You will be someone who enjoys working hard and playing hard. You will enjoy being in and around a variety of different people, from different cultures, with different world views, and have the ability to competently engage with them. You will be competent with MS Office - particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel. You will be responsible in how you manage your time. Benefits
We are offering a starting salary of c£25,000 - £30,000, plus commission for successfully sourcing candidates that are placed with our clients and an end-of-year bonus.
We foresee that this role will develop into a consultant within our organization within 18 - 24 months, where a typical consultant is earning well over six figures per annum.
