About the Role

In this role, you will support the planning, creation, and delivery of a welcoming, home-based Lifestyle Programme designed to encourage residents to participate in a wide variety of activities. This programme is part of our group-wide 'More...' Programme, focusing on meeting resident interests and needs creatively and consistently, adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.
About You:
We provide comprehensive training, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Key qualities include being organized, having excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work shifts. We are committed to supporting your career development, with pathways such as becoming a Nurse Associate. Please note, shifts are scheduled on a rota basis across 7 days, including weekends.
Knowledge / Experience:
* An understanding of how social interaction impacts overall wellbeing.
* Ability to assist in delivering lifestyle sessions both in groups and individually.
* Ability to develop strong community links and successfully deliver events.
* Flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
* Willingness to help implement new ideas and concepts consistently.
* Potential to develop through attaining relevant Lifestyle / Activities training and qualifications.
