HAGGiS Adventures and Highland Explorer Tours, part of Radical Travel Group, are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Driver Guides passionate about Scotland. As a Driver Guide, you'll showcase Scotland's stunning scenery and enhance our passengers' experience. We provide training for our guides to be the best, and we're looking for individuals eager to share their love for Scotland with visitors. Position Details:
* Immediate full-time/permanent roles available (minimum 40 hours/week).
* Full PCV training can be provided; a valid UK licence and passport are required.
* Contracts available include full-time, part-time, ad-hoc, flexible, and hybrid roles.
* Shift patterns vary—8, 10, or 12 hours—including day shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Role Overview:
* Represent the company by delivering tour programmes to both domestic and international customers, including public speaking and engaging information delivery.
* Tours range from one to eight days, with overnight stays required.
* Must have a passion for Scotland, excellent customer service skills, and an outgoing personality.
* Salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
* Additional pay includes bonuses, commissions, and tips.
* Average of 40 hours per week, with a work pattern from Monday to Sunday, generally between 6:00 am and 9:30 pm, with a monthly rota.
* 28 days paid holidays per year, plus an additional day for each year worked (up to 5 days).
* Support throughout recruitment and training; options for extended winter leave.
