Role Overview:
As Product Marketing Director, you will take the lead on shaping product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy across the business. You’ll play a central role in defining how their technology solutions are presented to the market, ensuring strong alignment with customer needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates the business in the marketplace.
* Lead cross-functional go-to-market strategies for product launches and key feature rollouts, coordinating efforts across product, sales, marketing, and client success teams.
* Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and uncover new opportunities.
* Define and oversee the product content strategy, ensuring that content effectively speaks to target audiences and supports business goals.
* Work closely with Growth Marketing teams to align acquisition strategies, optimise conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement and advocacy.
* Collaborate with Brand and Communications teams to ensure a consistent, unified voice across all marketing channels.
* Develop sales enablement tools such as case studies, battle cards, sales decks, and one-pagers to drive product adoption and support commercial teams.
* Monitor key performance metrics to measure and refine marketing effectiveness, using data to drive decision-making and optimise results.
Who we are looking for:
* Strong product marketing background within a B2B SaaS, technology, or digital services environment, ideally with a global remit.
* Deep knowledge of the corporate travel sector or adjacent industries.
* Proven experience in building and executing successful global go-to-market strategies and product launches.
* Comfortable using analytics and performance data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
