An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Telford based manufacturer as the operations manager. This role is challenging yet rewarding and its the chance to become part of a next phase of this company as it develops over the next few years.
Reporting into the MD, your range of responsibilities will be many and varied, but your core daily duties as operations manager will include:
Monitor and evaluate practice performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and management systems.
Prepare regular reports on practice performance & operational metrics.
Identify opportunities to increase practice profitability, optimise revenue streams, and control costs.
Ensuring Manufacturing output and client delivery expectations are met in conjunction with production planning.
