Level 3 Teaching Assistant – KS2 (outskirts of Solihull)
A warm, community-focused primary school in the outskirts of solihull is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with recent primary school experience to support learning across KS2. This role is ideal for someone confident, proactive, and passionate about helping pupils achieve their best.
The Role
* Provide high-quality classroom support in KS2 (Years 3–6)
* Lead small-group interventions in reading, writing and maths
* Support pupils with additional needs to access learning
* Assist with lesson preparation, resources and classroom organisation
* Promote positive behaviour and consistent routines
* Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
About You
* Level 3 TA qualification (essential)
* Experience working in a UK primary school (required)
* Confident supporting learning in KS2
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Able to use initiative and work independently
* Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
