FORKLIFT DRIVER Counterbalance & Reach

Forklift drivers must have valid Counterbalance and Reach Licences.
Working hours:
* Monday-Friday: 39 hours per week
* Fixed mornings(5am-1pm) OR fixed afternoons (1pm-9pm) – depending on business needs
Pay rates:
* £12.57- Standard rate (+20% premium for the hours worked outside of the company’s core hours – 8:00-16:30)
* OT during weekdays: £18.86
* OT Saturday & Sunday: £25.14
Role:
As a FLT driver you will be responsible for contributing towards operational best practices within a diverse team of people. Your duties will include:
* Carrying out tasks as per instructions from warehouse team leader and supervisor/ or as per process agreed with team leaders per day.
* Performing all FLT checks before using
* Operate trucks safely as per your training
* Picking and packing
* Loading & Unloading pallets and stock across the warehouse
* General warehouse duties
* Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail
* Heavy Lifting Involved
