A well-established organisation with a strong public-sector footprint is looking to hire a Management Accountant to join its growing FP&A team. This role sits at the heart of financial reporting and insight, with a big emphasis on Power BI dashboards and stakeholder-facing analysis.

The Role
You'll work closely with senior finance stakeholders to deliver accurate, insightful reporting and continuously improve the FP&A reporting suite. Expect a healthy mix of core management accounting, variance analysis, and Power BI-driven insight.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ownership of accurate monthly reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
* Variance analysis and financial commentary for senior stakeholders
* Building, maintaining and enhancing Power BI dashboards (non-negotiable)
* Supporting internal and external reporting packs and KPI reporting
* Improving processes across reporting, sign-off, and data flows
* Supporting year-end and audit processes
* Ad-hoc analysis and projects across finance and the wider business
