What You’ll Be Doing Supporting pupils with additional learning needs in class and small group settings Building trusted relationships with pupils and helping them feel safe and motivated Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lessons and provide targeted help Celebrating every milestone — big or small — with your pupils What We’re Looking For Experience working with children or young people (in schools, youth work, or care) A patient, positive attitude and great communication skills Confidence supporting pupils with SEND (autism, ADHD, or SEMH experience is a bonus) A genuine desire to help children feel included, valued, and capable Why Join Protocol Education?
