An exciting opportunity has arisen within Ward 44, planned Care for a Health Care Support Worker. Ward 44 is a 30 bedded combined unit consisting of Gastroenterology and Colorectal surgical specialties.
The successful applicant will be joining a well motivated and dynamic multi-disciplinary team who strive to deliver the highest level of care.

You must have effective communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate your commitment to patient safety and confidentiality. An active interest in working within an acute hospital setting and the ability to rise to the challenge of working within a fast paced setting are essential. We are looking for good team players with excellent written and oral communicators. You will be expected to participate in any training required.
We offer a full range of gastroenterology and colorectal services this includes bowel surgery, gastrointestinal disorders, liver diseases, and specialist management for patients with inflammatory bowel disease. All methods of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy are provided, including endoscopic ultrasound and ERCP essential for the network cancer services for GI and colorectal malignancy. Candidates should be enthusiastic, dynamic and self motivated with a real interest in this combined speciality ward.
