Salary: £32,000–£40,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000–£80,000+)

We’re expanding our Hospitality & Contract Catering division and looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants or Senior Recruiters who are ready to own their patch, grow their desk from the ground up, and be seen as trusted partners in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, forward-facing role for recruiters who want more autonomy, more responsibility, and real room to grow.
* Business Development – Actively identify new client opportunities across the hospitality and catering sectors
* Account Management – Build long-term relationships with clients; become their go-to for talent solutions
* Networking – Get out there and connect—events, calls, coffee chats, LinkedIn… you know the drill
* Talent Sourcing – Attract top candidates using creative sourcing strategies
* Full-Cycle Recruitment – From brief to placement, you’ll run the show
* Market Mapping & Insight – Know your space, spot trends, and advise clients like a pro
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in 360 recruitment – ideally in hospitality, catering, or high-volume sectors
* A natural people person – you love meeting new people and making things happen
* Strong sales or business development mindset
* Organised & proactive – you know how to prioritise, juggle, and deliver under pressure
* Big on relationship-building – clients trust you, and candidates remember you
* Hungry for growth, autonomy, and reward
