The Role
As CEO, you will take full responsibility for performance, growth, and execution. This is ahands-on, commercially led leadership role.
Your primary mandate is to:
* Build a scalable, repeatable sales engine
* Increase market visibility and credibility
* Drive revenue growth across new and existing customers
* Lead a focused buy-and-build strategy
* Create pace, belief, and ambition across the organisation
You will work closely with a highly experienced senior team who actively support you across finance, M&A, and technology - enabling you to move quickly and scale the business effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Personally lead and elevate the sales function
* Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team
* Drive new customer acquisition and account expansion
* Build strategic partnerships with vendors, resellers, and channel partners
* Act as the senior commercial face of ADECS with key customers
* Set and execute a clear, ambitious growth strategy
* Establish strong operating cadence, targets, and accountability
* Build a culture of ownership, momentum, and delivery
* Inspire teams and align them around a shared ambition
M&A and Scale
* Identify acquisition targets aligned to commercial strategy
* Work with experienced finance and M&A specialists through execution
* Lead integration to ensure acquisitions deliver real growth and cross-sell value
Operations & Performance
* Maintain service quality and customer trust as the business scales
* Balance commercial ambition with operational discipline
* Own full P&L responsibility and results
Location & Working Pattern
* Midlands-based leadership team
* Expected1–2 days per week on-site, with flexibility
