Job Description
3. Reception duties: visitor booking into the 8BG portal, meeting room management, answering phones and greeting guests, ensure rooms are cleared after meetings and manage comfort levels of the rooms
4. Coordinate with Roadshow team on in-house events: Access Days, group lunches
5. Receiving deliveries - (water, soft drinks, cereal) from loading bay
6. Distributing and collecting mail, franking post, booking couriers/DHL, loading bay booking for deliveries and raising permits
7. General administration/facilities assistance
8. Support with ordering of supplies and consumables for the office
9. Other ad hoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
10. Minimum 2 years in a reception/office role, within financial services would be a bonus
11. Good written and verbal communication skills
12. Practical approach to problem solving
13. Sound technical skills
14. Good Interpersonal / communication skills
15. Cost awareness
16. Good team player
17. Required to comply with company procedures and policies
